Support Coordination
 

For ongoing clients, DATS has included additional supports for essential services at no extra cost to help get the most out of your plan. This includes heavily subsidised dental care through Medibank preferred providers where you will only pay 10% out of pocket, in addition to other supports within capped limits that you may not have access to after change of NDIS rules. The aim is to fill the gap with what NDIS can't cover, or free up some of the funds so it can be used with laser focus on what you need most to live a quality life.

By conducting a comprehensive needs assessment, we will collaboratively explore informal and community resources and how DATS foundational supports fit in with this and your existing plan to best reach goals that are important to you. This a person-centered process, so you are the expert advisor about your life with what is helpful and works best for you.

Having a range of options to meet your needs will help coordinate your supports in a timely manner. DATS works within the NDIS price guidelines.
