nutrition that affect nervous system regulation, health & mood. Simple changes to diet can improve energy, metabolism, & digestion.Understanding how & why this approach can improve health is important to reduce additional and avoidable stressors through food.
Person Centered Supports
With what matters to you
We all need to be self-directed, even if this means deciding who provides the care we need & how. Choice & control is front & center with the NDIS. Autonomy support significantly influences quality of life and is associated with improved physical and mental health, as well as general wellbeing and recovery factors.
Self-Regulation Techniques
Emotional Freedom Technique
Access to trained EFT supports help ensure services aim to reduce stressors and get to the core of what is important to you. Effective evidence based practice with strong research by clinical psychologists. Strategies to calm nervous system and desensitise overactive stress response.
Free General Dental
For a limited time, DATS will cover the cost of Medibank Top Extra services to ensure your essential health needs are met, at no additional cost to you. We still connect you with other community and government supports available in your area - it just means that you have more choice and timely access...
Easing Cost of Living Pressures
Although, rising rent & inflation is beyond our control, we can explore alternative options for working cooperatively to minimise costs through networking & community initiatives - with a focus on social inclusion, accessibility, & reducing waste. The DATS mission is to collaboratively assist with building resilience, empowerment & agency (aka capacity building) through health and opportunity factors. This includes, but is not limited to, coordinating supports to help alleviate cost of living pressures that are counter productive to recovery and wellbeing.
